Tomorrow is Valentine’s Day and you know what that means!
Good, because I don’t. I appreciate Valentine’s Day and am honestly confused by it. So in honor of my respect for the festival, while still seeking coherence with its traditions, I offer you my first conversation with a group of silly yet wicked wise aliens.
(This first conversation took place on October 9th. To experience their daily notes, consider joining the How to Story Boswell where you’ll get the daily posts, along with heaps of cool courses on storytelling, channeling, and becoming a story alchemist.) This particular note is taken up more fully in the Practical Channeling the Highest Light course which is a part of the Boswell.)
Real quick—Aldebaran is a star located in the Taurus constellation, approximately 65 light-years away from Earth.
Aldebaran is a red giant star, which means it is nearing the end of its life cycle. It is one of the brightest stars in the night sky and is easily visible to the naked eye. Scientists study Aldebaran to gain insights into the evolution of stars and the formation of planetary systems.
Yes, Aldebaran offers valuable information about the life cycle of stars and the formation of planets. By studying Aldebaran, astronomers can deepen their understanding of the universe and how stars evolve over time. Sure. That’s important.
But as you'll learn in a future post, the beings I channel were initially from Aldebaran-B, an exoplanet that was once habitable in the Aldebaran star system. When they left the planet and star system, they were simple cell creatures like bacteria or algae. More on that later. A lot has happened since then and four entities originally from Aldebaran-B deliver very cool downloads every morning. Our first conversation began with creating a “contract” which I think is very important when working with non-physical multidimensional beings. After we agreed on the terms, we moved on to the conversation below.
Aldebaran:
Yes, your contract is excellent, and we accept. So let's begin. We can start with an exercise that will boost your psychic hygiene when we do our morning work together and when you do readings for others. I'd like you to ground yourself in your body now and tell me what you see.
Me:
(after imagining myself like a tree rooting into the earth) Strangely, I now feel my feet and hands underwater.
Aldebaran:
Good. Deepen that feeling and imagine that you are in a body of water underground—that you are truly a part of the Earth, Truly underground, and a part of this underground world. Like you are an underground beaver pond that accepts water into it, holds it for a while, and then lets it go. I would like for you to try a breathing exercise that uses this imagery and notice what happens.
First, breathe in the water as if you are the underground beaver pond accepting water from various rivulets. Breath in deeply, accepting in the water along with the all the tiny organisms, the sticks and the muck. Now hold the water and allow its unique composition to influence and work on the underground beaver pond. Let it change and evolve the structure of the pond slightly with all the interesting stuff that came along with the water. After that moment, let go of all of the water that is not an authentic part of your pond. Just let this water and all its muck pass through you. Trust that the microorganisms and sticks and such that remain behind is what your beaver pond needs but nothing more. The rest gets washed away. And then repeat.
Me:
As I am breathing in, I'm noticing that the incoming water cleans out all the nooks and crannies and crevices in the pond—almost like the water is spiraling in through a toilet bowl and then swirls around and around knocking out old plaque and stuck bits in the walls of the pond. When I hold my breath I am holding the water in the pond, but it continues to spin and swirl and scrub the walls. I hold it for a beat and then I let it go with all the new bits that the swirling removed from the walls, thus cleaning the interior. So what happens is that I not only let go of the stuff that came in with the water, but older stuff that has been stuck in the walls. I then repeat and it gets cleaner and cleaner and cleaner.
Aldebaran:
Yes, that's excellent. Do that for at least eight breaths every time you do a reading or we do our channeling work together. The truth of the matter is that this work is challenging for the body. When you are open, you take on residual matter in the form of energy and if a priority of yours is health and wellness, you will need to develop a system for hygiene, cleaning, and elimination of what you don’t wish to hold. This is an effective way to do that.
