Very very resonant, David. I look forward to sharing some in depth experiences. I’ve forwarded this to a woman I met recently, who studies blood at UVA Medical Center. She and I had a long conversation about the consciousness of the cells and I think she may have some particularly keen insights—hopefully she will share here!
I experienced this light expansion during a breathwork session last weekend and am very much still reorienting myself. It was both extremely uncomfortable and extremely cathartic and I am going back in a couple of weeks for more.
Interesting you say this. In yesterday's "conversation" I learned that cells, from an energetic perspective, are the infinite within the finite. It is the infinite folded in on itself, and the best we can do with limited observation, is to see the sphere. What's cool is that these cells are our tether to the infinite, therefore giving us access to nonlocal and nonlinear information. Like beacons of all that is. We still have the harness of being where we are at evolutionarily, but kindergarten isn't such a bad place!
Good morning, David. Oh my, I had so much fun accepting this invitation, following the coordinates you offered. Just now I wrote several paragraphs describing the adventure I had, but then closed the tab by mistake and lost it all! This reminds me that right now I've lashed myself to the mast of my intention to finish my book and must stay on course. Your invitation to take off for the land of the midnight sun to hang out in the luminous dark pyramid with you and the characters who showed up is a siren's song I followed just for a bit this morning. So here's the quick take I gathered: The Shift is organizing, and the mitochondria are swarming as the potency mounts to threshold; this is happening on many scales in our dimension. Like a rocket on a launch pad that begins to shake just before takeoff, the intensity can be uncomfortable. Good idea to let your molecules handle the energy by creating more space, which feels like relaxing and puffing out, and then maybe riding the energy as you would flying in a dream, just swooping along the patterning flow, taking it easy. While I went on this adventure my spine kept sending up a quiver which felt joyful. Joy is part of this shift; tuning to joy wherever you find it, we participate in the Shift. Thanks so much for this invite, and I'll be watching for more on your Aldebaren adventures...!
Thank you Alden! "Take it easy" really have my attention from your response. Yes. I need a lot of reminders on this front. My go-to is always full throttle with whatever I do. Some sort of fighter pilot mentality that I acquired along the way. Oh, and joy. Joy, joy, joy!
I wrote first before listening to your audio message. Your experience during your intuitive time seems to have taken you into the phenomenal essence of mitochondrial action. The Kreb’s cycle involves movement of electrons converting glucose from food into packages of energy called ATP which are used to energize the cell’s operations. Upon first listening, when you described the light experience, it almost sounded like the chloroplast in which light causes an electron to “leap” into a higher energy level and then release that energy to drive the chemical reaction to combine carbon dioxide and water to create glucose. This is a two step process called photosynthesis. First the light phase and then the dark phase.
I once had a 7th grade student draw a “chloroplast jacket” which had a port to attach to a blood vessel in an under nourished person (the exercise was to illustrate empathy). The person could go into the light and just as green leaves do, could photosynthesize and obtain glucose which would feed into his or her blood supply, thus nourishing them. However, if the person did not SHARE the jacket, it would poison them (as does diabetes).
Keep sharing. I hope that Joia Wood’s colleague will share her thoughts on this topic as well.
Hell yeah Barb! This is amazing. Loving this. I'm about to dive into the latest research with my chloroplast jacket zipped up real tight. I do believe the metalic orb that surrounded me while I entered into the light was indeed that jacket. Super fun.
Mitochondria have fascinated me since I first learned about them. With my seventh graders years ago, I even made up a play and we turned it into a video called LIFEFX, (pronounced Life Effects). One part included “a mighty mitochondrion” (a student dressed in a costume made by one of the parents) entering the membrane of an early cell lacking mitochondria.
Following.... have also read a lot recently about cells and their organelles possessing their own consciousness. Wide attention left me with a single odd but curious image through the segment: sand dollar . No idea if/how that folds in , but know you value the random and intuitive .
Yes this is where I'm landing currently. Consciousness is the real wave. Its the thing that drops bodies after 80 years (or however long) and it is the wave that reaches across timelines and incarnations. Like the immensity of a star within the core of an apple. Or blossoming in the middle ... of a sand dollar.

I have no idea what you're talking about : )
Very fair. I barely do myself. Its a process.
