There’s this quote I know “pass beyond the baser stages of doubt and rise to the exalted heights of certainty.” I drew a mountain with a stick figure climbing the mountain. The top was the goal but first you start at the bottom. And there are all sorts of doubts and negative self talk etc.. but you start on your quest. And you gain knowledge aid the climb and eventually you pass that stage of doubt and start to rise into certainty. And that certainty is an exalted state to live from. Quite literally a state of faith. Conscious knowledge (generated by scientific trials) translated into action.

What I heard was discovered in the “journey” was this certitude in the creative force of generosity. And that by being grateful for that baser stage in one’s development you can actually move forward into certainty.

Love that you get up at 5 am to meditate. I’m trying to add to my morning some time for prayer meditation and ritual but finding it quite hard to gain that time.

Sleep has been in crazy transformation these days. A lot of getting up at 3 or 4 feeling totally awake and ready for the day. So 5 is pretty standard. Naps are making it work, but it would also be cool to just sleep like a normal person.

Certitude in the creative force of generosity. I'll need to really sit with that. Big.

Aha, yes! For me, this shift is remarkable and essential.

Not exactly related but something about your story reminds me of It Zwibble........

It Zwibble, The Star Touched Dinosaur.........was a repeatedly requested storybook over here. I'm not even sure the two stories are related as I vaguely remember the content. This is just where my attention went. Perhaps it's the images I created, and the feelings associated that are connected........

Star-touched dinosaur seems spot on. I see Dragons as dinosaurs and acknowledging them as star-touched feels deeply true
